@Xulfiqar
This is a redundant post:
I own a Toyota Hilux 2009 (1KD, Inter-cooler, 217000 mileage).
The vehicle required EGR service for long but I couldn't manage to get it done.
I flushed the engine using famous STP (two months ago) and pour 5w-30 (fully synthetic) oil in it.
I recently noticed a massive oil leakage around EGR and Turbo pipes, and blow by from Engine Oil Cap.
Below are existing engine conditions:
Engine: 1KD with Inter-cooler
ODO: 217000 KM
The oil leakage is mainly around ERG valve and turbo.
Blow by from oil cap - not smoke.
No blow by or smoke from oil dipstick tube.
No abnormal engine noise (no rattling or knocking).
No exhaust smoke up-to 3000 RPM - a little smoke beyond 4000 RPM
Not reducing engine oil.
A diesel machine at Toyota dealership recommended engine assembly
replacement. I need a second opinion from an expert like yourself before going for the swap job.
