Taking Indus Motor Company to court.
I booked an Altis Grande in February - paid in full (with added appreciation price) by April and had the price supposedly locked by the company with delivery in September. Today, the company has communicated to pay a further 770,000/- in order to confirm the payment for delivery in December.
I'm interested in filing a case against the Indus Motor Company in Lahore High Court. There are a number of affectees who don't find any plausible reason to pay this differential. If any of you are interested in being litigants against this fraud of a company - please comment under the post. Furthermore, the company has the audacity to claim that they're giving a benefit to the customers who've paid in full whereas they've been earning interest on that payment (rs. 99 billion according to public accounts) - this in itself is fraud and nothing less.
Hence, if any of you are willing to help - we can get respite from the court against these scammers who didn't get raw material for our cars in the month payment was transferred.
Kindly comment if you want to join in.
