I think you meant to say traditional tin based waxes since I even don't know what type wax is used as a base in the product that I shared previously.
I respectfully disagree with you here and to prove my point I am going to share some eye-opening real world tests. Two years back I used to follow the hype and buy the products based on that. But I stopped after I found the results that some of the expensive, hyped products don't give the results as expected. It doesn't matter what the type of product is and what it contains, as long as it's giving the desired results.
As an example, check this 1 year update on real world test comparing top coatings ranging from CarPro, Adams, some chinese etc and "ceramic" based sealants from Meguiar's, Turtle Wax, Soft99.
Here's another one showing the potential of these traditional paste waxes have. I don't see any value going for coating or SiO2 or graphene hype after see the results
I ain't saying all these new products are poor. I am not convinced yet to spend money on expensive product when I can get the similar results for much less. This is my personal opinion, and everyone is different, and I respect that.
