Yes yes
Of course, treat your car as a bun kabab, aaj daal wala, kal anday wala.
Assuming your mechanics are versed with tty bolts, assembly procedures, locking threads etc etc. its not simple goti paana job, even applying threadlock to a fastener requires different torquing, and some parts require wicking locker. (Tiny small examples - it gets wilder the deeper you dive)
Anyway
You are assuming cars in other countries are sold by 100% honest people then its your choice, you may land a one team brother deal with Abraheem from Albania giving you a car at 40% value.
That cars parts would be ok if its never flagged anywhere, like metal parts, anything requiring a db reflashing or updating (specially mb) can cause it to flag and then the party starts.
You may wish to believe it as fairy tales, but ive been in the auto industry since the late 90s, ive seen all sorts of criminal activities and chop shop builds while legal in Pakistan due to mass ignorance seems ok, its illegal for good reasons elsewhere.
